Matilda Walston Photography requires a 50% non-refundable retainer at booking. This retainer is used to secure the date and time for your session. If for some reason you have to reschedule your session you may transfer this retainer to your new session date. The retainer will not be refunded for sessions that are canceled completely.

Do all the session prices include the digital edited images?
Yes, all of my session prices include the edited digital images in an online gallery from Pixieset.com
What happens if there is bad weather?
I book sessions with a buffer day so that if there is inclement weather we have the option to move the session day as long as the client is flexible.
When is golden hour?
The hour before sunset generally offers the most beautiful light for portrait sessions. Most of my sessions are scheduled during that hour, which varies depending on the time of year.
How soon will I receive my images?
Turn-around is 7-10 days max.
Will there be a consultation prior to my session date?
Absolutely! I always want to consult with my clients to get a creative feel on how they want to tell their story. This will allow us both to get to know each other, your ideal locations, what you would like to wear, and any other questions or concerns you may have.
